A range of beautiful colours, materials and styles

Our Everest entrance doors are available in a great choice of materials including uPVC, aluminium, timber and composite. Choose from a range of stylish colours from jet black to red velvet or Everest blue to racing green. Our range of entrance doors are sure to make a good first impression.

High security standards

A front door is an entrance to your home so we take security seriously. Industry-leading security features such as toughened safety glass, security hinges and hook-bolts ensure enhanced security. In fact, they have achieved Secured by Design. To achieve this our doors had to pass PAS 24 which tests every aspect of security.

Made-to-measure for a perfect fit

Everest entrance doors are made to measure for a perfect fit, which makes them more thermally efficient. Our uPVC doors are A+21 which is the warmest and safest available. We are also less tolerant on gaps than other suppliers, so we use a product-specific trim around the door frame for a neater finish and to keep the cold air out and heat in.

Optional extras

SmartLock from Yale on an Everest Composite entrance door

SmartLock

SmartLock from Yale is totally keyless and lets you open your front door through a variety of ways including on your mobile phone or through a key fob. Secure letterbox fishing guard on a composite door

Letterbox fishing guard

Prevent unwanted burglars with a Secured by Design approved letterbox with fishing guard. Front doors with standard letterboxes are prone to the fishing method. Burglars can simply use a hooked rod through the letterbox to grab whatever is in reach. The letterbox fishing guard is fitted with a flap on the inside of your front door, stopping at a safe point when pushed, minimising the opportunity for burglars whilst allowing access for letters to be posted through your letterbox.

Entrance door with energy efficient triple glazing

Triple glazing

Many of our uPVC entrance doors can be advanced even further with our triple glazed glass option, helping to make your home even more energy efficient than standard double glazing. Choose GRP for triple glazing as standard.

Georgian bars on a uPVC entrance door

Georgian bars

Add a touch of period authenticity with Georgian bars. They can be placed in an arrangement to suit your taste, and the bar edges can be smooth or classically contoured. Georgian bars are available on all materials.

FAQs

Choosing a new front door can be a daunting task, so to help you here are some popular FAQs which you might find useful.

  • +
    Are glass front doors safe?
Whilst glass panels in exterior doors allow light to flow into your home, they do pose a threat to security. It would be very easy for an intruder to smash the glass of your door, reach inside and open the lock. If you are looking to purchase a door with glass panels, then a deadbolt lock would be advisable. This would require opening the door with a key from the inside as well as the outside, therefore preventing a burglar from opening the door. In addition, Everest glazed doors are fitted with 6.8mm laminated glass as standard, which will make breaking the glass to gain entry more difficult.
  • +
Do I need planning permission to move my front door?
You can change the front door of your property without needing planning approval. However, it is always advisable to speak to your local authority, as there may be conditions attached to previous permissions or covenants covering what you can and cannot do.
